Bubble Guard Sheet is produced by co-extrusion process with 6 layers of virgin polypropylene sheets of plain layers on upper and bottom sides and a middle layer having thermoformed bubble sheet. These bubbles are welded together with specialized technique to get a strong, rigid and composite structure which offers remarkable mechanical properties.
